Request to delete your data from the Fast Pays app
Please note that once this process is completed, all data related to your account will be deleted, which are:
Transfer records.
Your email and password.
Your account balance.
The points you have collected.
However, in some cases, a copy of the data will be kept for a period not exceeding 90 days.
To delete your data, you must follow the following steps:
1- Log in to your account.
2- Go to your profile page within the application.
3- Go to the support page.
4- Create a new ticket containing the following data:
Message subject: Delete my account.
Message content: Here you write the reason for submitting your account deletion request.
After the account deletion request is approved, an email will be sent informing you of the success of deleting your account and the data related to it, as shown above.
